About Laura
Musician from Villavicencio, Colombia. My primary instrument is Saxophone. I studied Music for 5 years at Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas in Bogotá, Colombia. Experience teaching from Youngest (6weeks old) to Adults. Singing experience from classical to modern music and basic piano. Love to teach this noble art and making it my job makes me happy. Now working on my Music Therapy degree with CUNY.

Methodology based on the strengths and expectations of each student. Setting little realistic goals through the classes allowing the student to interact with their curriculum. Making the process enjoyable, productive and inspiring. Everyone has different ways to learn and my goal is to find that way and use it. Music is an universal language that connects mind, heart and spirit.
