About Lauren
I am an opera singer to trade, but piano was my first instrument, and I have been playing since I was 4. In my teens, I played in a couple of jazz ensembles, as well as for my local church. I now have a master's in singing from the Royal Academy of Music.

My approach is, of course, tailored to each student's needs, but I try to make my lessons as fun as possible and get my students playing tunes quickly. We would also cover some music theory. I would recommend 30 or 45 minute lessons for beginners. I am happy to teach beginners of any age!
