About James
I am a student at Edgehill university studying Music Production, and I would like to get experience teaching, as after my degree, I hope to get a qualification to teach music in schools.
Other than music, I enjoy long-distance triathlons, Anglo-Saxon History, and cooking.
I love to share my knowledge, and I firmly believe that within everyone, there is a fantastic bassist just waiting to be discovered!

In weekly 30-60 minute lessons, we will cover exciting new material, following goals set by you, for you.
As a Music Production Student at Edgehill University, I have a lot of experience in music in a formal setting, as well as having 5 years of experience playing gigs in bands. My qualifications include an ABRSM Grade 5 Music Theory Qualification (Distinction), a Grade 8 Rockschool Bass Guitar Qualification(Distinction), and a Music GCSE Qualification (A*).
I am able to offer lessons to beginner to intermediate bass guitarists of any age who want to play rock, jazz, metal, blues, funk or pop bass guitar.
