About Lila
I am a dedicated and passionate rising high school junior with a 3.99 unweighted GPA, excelling as an AP and Honor Roll student. My academic achievements include being an active member of my high school academic team, competing in both the Academic Showdown and the National Science Bowl, where we reached the state tournament. In eighth grade, I won the prestigious Golden Horseshoe award in West Virginia and was named MVP of the 2022 West Virginia History Bowl.
Music is also a significant part of my life. I am a member of my high school’s chamber orchestra, recognized as West Virginia’s Honor Orchestra in 2024, and I was selected as the Fourth Chair Viola player for the West Virginia All-State Orchestra the same year. Additionally, I am a committed tennis player, having been the number one seed on my high school’s team during the 2024 season.
Outside of academics and extracurricular activities, I enjoy practicing tennis and traveling. My passion for helping others drives my ambition to become a lawyer, where I hope to advocate for the rights of the common good. I am committed to making a positive impact on the world and believe that everyone has the potential to achieve greatness.
