"You will reach a point where you can predict exam questions before reading them. I teach the scientific method as a tool for solving complex biology problems. My 5 years of experience as a Sydney MD candidate ensures that I emphasize the connections between cellular processes and clinical outcomes. This is not about memorization.
You must be able to apply theory to novel situations under pressure. Does your current study strategy account for the depth required in high stakes examinations?"

"I admit that I struggled with photosynthesis and respiration when I first encountered them. That difficulty drove me to adopt a more systematic approach to molecular biology and cell biology.
I have taught 48 students ranging from AP Biology candidates to college freshmen and A-level learners. DNA and RNA structure no longer look like random diagrams to my students. I help homeschoolers and GCSE pupils master human anatomy and biological drawing.
My work is built on the scientific method. Constant assessment is my baseline."
