About Billy
Precision drives my approach to the guitar, often starting with a student adjusting their posture before we touch a chord. After 13 years of teaching, I rely on my Artist Diploma from New England Conservatory to ground our sessions in rigorous technique. Whether we are drilling rhythm guitar, reading tabs, or refining lead guitar skills, the goal remains steady.
Ear training and regular tuning and maintenance are non-negotiable habits for my students. I guide many through grade exam prep, focusing on the finer points of fingerpicking and electric technique. I prioritize clarity because students perform best when they feel prepared. Music is my life, and I ensure you play with joy.
