About Avinaash
I find that as a teacher I try to be as open and honest with those I’m teaching. As a recent high school graduate I have observed what makes a teacher genuine and always attempt to emulate those skills when I teach. My background also includes being an Eagle Scout which I believe helps indicate my morals and integrity.

I believe humanities courses should be taught with a holistic scope. I believe that students will best understand the importance of events or policies if they learn how the events impacted communities and shaped the world around them. For example how laws that supported red - lining in the 60’s have led to gentrification occurring across the country today.
