About Felicia
Spending 7 years in BIM coordination, I have seen almost every mistake a new user can make. Dealing with project templates and standards is the bulk of my day, so I share the technical shortcuts that actually matter. I have coached many drafters and designers through BIM fundamentals in Revit, helping them transition from simple CAD workflows. We cover families and parameters, material takeoffs, and MEP systems overview alongside the core modeling of curtain walls and systems.

A screen displaying an empty model acts as a blank canvas for your creative intent. Using my M.Arch background, I teach you to construct a building model that functions exactly like it would on a real construction site. We build a model together rather than clicking through isolated exercises, focusing on levels and grids, annotation, and dimensioning. I emphasize exporting to IFC and DWG files to ensure your project integrates seamlessly with other consultant software.
My 7 years of industry practice ensure that you learn professional standards from the start. Students usually find that the shift from drawing lines to building data is the most rewarding part of the process.
