About Gayatri
I am an Anthropologist ( Human Biologist), taught Biological Anthropology to the Undergraduate and Postgraduate students at Panjab University, Chandigarh. I am a highly experienced professional with outstanding experience of research, teaching, and project management with high profile organizations. My area of specialization is Human Auxology (Child growth and development (Physical)).
I was selected as an Outstanding Scientist from Developing Countries to work on a postdoctoral program sponsored by the UGC of India for five years (1991-96). I also worked as a Research Associate (UGC Fellow) thrice at a leading University I was the chief coordinator in the discovery project sponsored by the Australian Research Council (Canberra) on their project entitled “Contributions of South Asia to the peopling of Australasia ''. One of my co-authored Research paper rated as # 1 among the top 10 articles in the year 2006 – according to “WHO IS PUBLISHING IN MY DOMAIN”.
