About Patricia
I am a retired teacher with over 10+ years of personal and professional experience in the area of exceptional learners. One of my children who was nonverbal needed a lot of specialized care. It was then I learned that patience and understanding was key to having successful outcomes. I have always had a passion for teaching its something I love to do.

A lesson plan is designed to meet the unique needs of a student. Basic skills will be assessed to identify areas of deficits. I am cognizant of the student’s level of anxiety and apprehension. The lesson will be delivered step by step leaving room for feedback from the student. Patience and compassion for the needs of the slow learner, understanding that repetition in most cases is part of the process.
