About Frank
Students, over the years, develop their own way of doing things, because it feels natural to them that way. It is important for students to enjoy and feel comfortable with the way they approach Mathematics, so I try to tailor my teaching to embrace students' approach to the subject while trying to have them see value in my ways of doing things.

I teach for understanding and not memorisation. I like to engage with students and develop a rapport. I consider drawing graphs, diagrams and tables, as well as using graphing software, to be an essential part of learning Mathematics. I also like to impart some history of Mathematics and mathematicians.

Perfect! Frank is excellent at what he does
- Macy communicates well at all times, particularly regarding gaining clarification on more complex concepts. She has good understanding on concepts learnt earlier in her Maths courses. We both have room for improvement, it is a two way street, but we already have a rapport that allows us to integrate each other's strengths.Frank's response :
