As a tutor, I build confidence in my students. I treat each student as an individual and respect each person for who he or she is, as well as their capabilities. My typical lesson plan is to encourage students to complete reading and written assignments before our sessions. Then, we discuss and improve upon the student's input. My lessons are designed to assist each student in pursuing his/her diploma, degree, job, etc.
