About Cleveland
My education career spans four decades. I have taught 6th grade, high school and college courses in NY, LA, MD, and DC. I also served as an assistant principal at the high school level, and as a principal at a K-8 school. I have been tutoring since 2017.

I have tutored students as young as the 3rd grade, as well as middle and high school students and college students. In addition, I have tutored adults in the workplace. I can tutor just about any subject (in English) except the higher levels of math. My approach is to begin by assessing the skills, weaknesses and strengths of my students, then tailoring lesson plans guided by my assessments coupled with the stated goals of the overall tutoring program as a whole and the goals for each tutoring session.
