About Elizabeth
I have a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership with 28 years of experience teaching K-8 students in all subjects. I have supervised staff and worked with new and struggling teachers to strengthen their teaching skills. I have been trained in Reading Recovery and many instructional techniques to assure success for students of all ages.

My approach is to individualize instruction, as much as possible. I believe every student can be successful when given the encouragement and support they need. My expectations are high and I help each student meet those expectations. I incorporate various materials and instructional techniques and I find connecting with students on a personal level is the key to good teaching.
