About Nikita
I am a post-graduate in Botany followed by completion of Master of Teaching (Secondary) and have been teaching Science- VCE Biology is my method area. Have taught VCE biology for more than half a decade.
I work as a learning diversity teacher where I support students with additional learning needs.

Teaching Methodology is largely constructivist, where I am just a facilitator that guides the student on the path of learning. I ask questions for students to build scientific inquiry and a habit of questioning and thinking. This helps them arrive at the answers gradually without my help.
