About ELENA

I have a degree in Physical Education, since the beginning of college I have always worked in a research group, I have several published articles, and a master's degree in the field of physical activity and health, so I have extensive experience to carry out a good consultancy for my students, being able to assist in each stage of the project.

About the lesson

These classes are intended for students who are just starting out (they need a start on their project), as well as for students who need to finalize and review their entire project, it is mainly aimed at those who want to perform well in their work. My teaching method has a theoretical / practical basis, with expository classes and also the production of the studied content, in order to be a class totally applicable to the developed project. I also make the necessary corrections for each theme proposed in class, so that the student gets feedback, and can improve their work and performance.
