About the lesson

As a working Professional in Food, Beverages and Alcohol industry from past 8 years I can guide students from College and School who want to know and understand about Operations, Microbiology, Production, Biology, Food science and Technology, Regulatory, HACCP study. My methodology is Downstream , where I pick up one case or scenario and then goes in depth downwards in to Lecture, techniques, Formula and terms which can sum up that event. For eg: Alcohol is made goes downward into Fermentation and Yeast culture, Fermentation into Technology and Yeast culture into Culture technique, cell biology etc.
