About Magda
My name is Magda Vermeulen. I am a trained professional teacher. I have an education degree as well as a post graduate diploma in remedial teaching. I have taught nearly all my life and have many years of experience with children age 3 - 8. I have also gained experience working in China at an international school. As I have always worked in a bilingual environment I am able to teach in Afrikaans and English.
I have a passion for teaching and helping children. I enjoy building a good relationship with all my students as well as their parents.

Remedial lessons are aimed at improving important skills for being able to cope better in school. Theses skills are important to be better readers as well as math.
Skills will be taught in a playful manner by using games as part of the lesson structure.
Lessons can be in Afrikaans as well as English.
Lessons will be taught with patience and understanding. A friendly atmosphere to make learning easy and stress free.
