About Leigh
I am a dedicated Guitar tutor with more than 18+ years of experience teaching students from school, college, and working professional backgrounds. I am passionate about music and enjoy guiding students in their learning journey. My teaching style is based on communication, flexibility, and step-by-step learning.
I adjust my lessons according to each student’s pace and goals. I focus on building a strong foundation in chords, rhythm, and techniques. In addition to Guitar, I teach music theory, rhythm exercises, chord structures, and song practice. These subjects help students improve their overall musical understanding.
I also encourage creativity and self-expression. I create a friendly and motivating environment where students feel comfortable and confident. My aim is to make learning guitar simple and enjoyable.

My Guitar teaching approach is centred on Communication, Creativity, and Flexibility to provide a balanced learning experience. I use clear communication to explain each concept in a simple and structured way. I guide students step by step, starting from the basics and moving to advanced techniques.
Creativity is encouraged through songs, exercises, and exposure to different musical styles. This keeps students interested and helps them enjoy learning. I also support students in developing their own musical ideas and confidence.
Flexibility allows me to customise lessons based on each student’s level and progress. I adjust the pace and teaching methods to suit their needs. In addition to Guitar, I teach music theory, ear training, rhythm training, and basic composition.
