About Anthony
I am a native French speaker with over ten years of experience teaching at universities in France.
Currently living between St-Malo, France, & Durham, England, I work with motivated learners who value precision, structure, and results — with a touch of joie de vivre.
I love sharing the skills I have developed over the years, helping students gain fluent, confident French through a focused, personalised, and enjoyable approach.
Attentive and demanding in the best sense, I ensure lessons are both rigorous and engaging.

My teaching approach is structured, refined, and fully personalised, blending conversation practice, grammar mastery, listening skills, and French cultural nuance.
Each lesson lasts 60 minutes and is tailored to your objectives.
As a native French speaker with solid tutoring experience, I work with motivated teenagers and adults, from complete beginners to advanced learners, whether for professional, academic, or personal goals.
In addition to individual lessons, I offer a weekly relaxed group session in a coffee shop, designed to encourage natural exchanges and allow learners to confidently put their French into practice in a friendly, immersive setting.
