About Suhani

I am passionate about teaching because I believe that complex science shouldn't be a barrier to pursuing a career in healthcare.

As a Registered Nurse and Research Scholar, I know firsthand how overwhelming subjects like Anatomy and Biology can feel when you're just looking at a textbook. I want to teach because I love the 'lightbulb moment' when a student finally understands how a biological process actually works in the human body.

My goal is to share the study strategies and clinical insights that helped me graduate with High Distinction in my Bioscience subjects, helping my students build the confidence they need to excel in their exams and their future careers.

About the lesson

My Methodology
I believe Biology and Anatomy are best learned through clinical context. Instead of just memorizing diagrams, I help you understand how these systems work in the human body. I use a "First Principles" approach: we break down complex biological processes into simple steps, then apply them to real-world medical scenarios. My goal is to help you "see" the science so you don't have to just memorize it.

Typical Lesson Structure

0–10 mins: Review of previous concepts and "check-in" on current struggles.

10–40 mins: Deep dive into the core topic using visual aids and clinical examples.

40–60 mins: Practice questions or assignment review to ensure you can apply what you've learned.

Note: I recommend 60-minute sessions for maximum focus, but I am flexible based on your needs.

My Qualifications & Experience
I am a Newly Registered Nurse (AHPRA) and a triple clinical research scholarship recipient. My background isn't just academic; I have worked in clinical settings and published research on health outcomes. This means I understand the curriculum inside out and know exactly what examiners and lecturers are looking for in your assessments.
