About Angelina
I am a Senior in high school on my way to taking AP Calculus. I am registered to tutor all math subjects up to Honors Trig/pre calculus. I have a high success rate in my tutorees grade reports. Because I am still in highschool, I am able to connect more with the younger scholars in order to make them feel more comfortable and confident when working with me.

I require a full school grade report that ONLY includes the class in which I am requested to tutor in. With that grade report, I am able to pin point all levels of weakness and strengths so I know what will need more work.
Though stronger areas won’t need to be practiced as much, they will still be brought up to keep them relevant prior to future exams, quizzes, or finals.
I will help with homework/makeup work along with pointing out wrong answers but I will not give the student any answers.
If a student seems to be struggling, I will give them visual examples of how and what to do to complete a problem. I will also allow them to try an example on their own to be sure they fully understand.
If a problem isn’t understood continuously, I will go with another approach.
