About Nisha
With so much nutritional information out there, it can sometimes be very overwhelming and leave you unsure where to begin. The approach I take will be to provide you with the most up-to-date information that is backed by scientific evidence to help you bypass the fads and fiction. Combine this with effective health coaching tools and you will be well on your way to achieving your personal health goals and desires. We are all unique and there is no ‘one size fits all’, so my job is to work out what works best for you and keep you on track and motivated to see the changes you want. I am a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with the Association for Nutrition (AfN) and a part of the UK Voluntary Register of Nutritionists (UKVRN). I am also currently an active member of the Nutrition Society (NUTSOC) and have presented my research at their most recent national conferences. I have a First-Class Master's (MSc) Degree in Clinical Nutrition from Liverpool Hope University, and I am a published author of nutrition research involving nootropics, Alzheimer’s disease and mycology. Are you looking to improve your understanding of diet and nutrition, or are you currently suffering from a nutrition-related issue and you're looking to better understand your condition, manage symptoms and just feel better? If you're hoping to make real and lasting changes with the assistance of a qualified professional then I'm here to help :) Areas I can offer support: - gut-related issues - healthy weight loss - healthy ageing and dementia - mood disorders/sleep issues - chronic disease I offer a range of packages that vary in length from a single session to 6 months, depending on what suits you best and can be discussed during our first session. Sessions can be conducted via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp or Google Meet. In-person sessions are available within North/Mid Wales, UK.
