About Luna
With 11 years of teaching experience, I specialise in helping students of all ages learn Piano in a supportive and engaging environment. I teach school students, college students, and working professionals who want to improve their musical abilities and achieve their personal goals.
My teaching philosophy focuses on building a strong foundation while keeping lessons enjoyable and motivating. I create customised lesson plans that match each student's skill level and learning pace, ensuring steady progress and confidence.
Students in my classes learn piano fundamentals, scales, chords, rhythm, sight reading, ear training, music theory, and performance techniques. I also guide students in developing proper practice routines that help maximise their progress.
Apart from Piano, I teach keyboard techniques and music theory, helping students understand the language of music and become more independent musicians.
One of my strengths is making complex concepts easy to understand. My patient and friendly teaching style helps students stay motivated and enjoy learning. I am committed to helping every student grow both musically and personally.

My teaching methodology focuses on communication, creativity, flexibility, and student-centred learning. I believe every student learns differently, so I create lessons that match their individual abilities, interests, and musical ambitions.
Students first master the essential skills of posture, rhythm, note reading, finger exercises, hand coordination, and music theory. These skills prepare them for advanced topics including scales, chords, pedal techniques, dynamics, sight reading, and expressive performance.
I use demonstrations, practical exercises, and regular discussions to explain every concept clearly. Students are encouraged to understand why each technique is important and how it improves their overall performance.
Lessons include songs from classical, pop, devotional, movie, and contemporary music. Creative activities such as improvisation and accompaniment make learning more enjoyable while helping students express themselves through music.
In addition to piano, I teach keyboard fundamentals, ear training, rhythm development, music theory, music appreciation, performance preparation, and sight reading. These supporting subjects provide a balanced musical education.
My goal is to build confident, disciplined, and creative musicians who enjoy learning and continue improving throughout their musical journey.
