About Vincent
Je suis consultant en stratégie, finance et entrepreneuriat, spécialisé dans l’accompagnement des créateurs d’entreprise, dirigeants et porteurs de projets.
Issu d’une école de commerce avec une spécialisation en finance, j’accompagne depuis plusieurs années des entrepreneurs dans la structuration de leurs projets et la préparation de dossiers destinés aux banques, investisseurs et organismes de financement.
Au cours de mon parcours, j’ai participé à la réalisation de nombreux business plans et prévisionnels financiers dans des secteurs variés : commerce, restauration, services, immobilier, BTP, transport, industrie, agriculture, numérique et projets innovants.
Mon expérience me permet d’intervenir aussi bien auprès d’un entrepreneur qui lance sa première activité que d’un dirigeant souhaitant développer son entreprise, réaliser un nouvel investissement ou préparer une demande de financement.
J’ai également développé une plateforme professionnelle de business plan et d’analyse financière qui me permet de réaliser des simulations avancées, des prévisions de chiffre d’affaires, des analyses de rentabilité, des plans de financement, des suivis de trésorerie et des tableaux de bord décisionnels.
Mon approche repose sur la rigueur, la compréhension du projet et la cohérence des hypothèses. Mon objectif n’est pas simplement de remplir des tableaux financiers, mais de construire avec vous un projet crédible, compréhensible et suffisamment solide pour être présenté à vos interlocuteurs.

Vous devez présenter un prévisionnel à une banque, demander un financement, convaincre un investisseur ou simplement vérifier si votre projet peut réellement être rentable ?
Pas de panique : je vous accompagne dans la structuration de votre projet et la construction d’un dossier clair, cohérent et chiffré.
J’interviens aussi bien auprès d’un artisan qui souhaite acheter du matériel, d’un entrepreneur du BTP qui veut développer son activité, d’un commerçant qui prépare l’ouverture de son point de vente, d’un restaurateur qui recherche un financement, que d’une startup ou d’une entreprise préparant une nouvelle phase de développement.
Mon rôle est de vous aider à transformer votre idée en un projet structuré, puis vos hypothèses en chiffres réalistes et défendables.
Nous commençons d’abord par comprendre votre activité, votre modèle économique, vos besoins de financement et vos objectifs.
Ensuite, nous construisons les hypothèses principales de votre projet : chiffre d’affaires, prix, volumes de vente, charges, salaires, investissements, emprunts et besoins de trésorerie.
Puis, je réalise les principaux tableaux financiers nécessaires à l’évaluation de votre projet : compte de résultat prévisionnel, plan de financement, plan de trésorerie, seuil de rentabilité, bilan prévisionnel et indicateurs de performance.
Enfin, l’ensemble est structuré dans un dossier clair et cohérent pouvant être utilisé pour présenter votre projet à une banque, un investisseur ou un organisme d’accompagnement.

Chaque projet est différent. Les hypothèses sont donc construites en fonction de votre activité, de votre secteur, de votre zone d’implantation, de vos investissements et de vos objectifs.
Pour réaliser ces missions, je m’appuie également sur une plateforme professionnelle développée en interne, permettant d’effectuer des simulations financières avancées et de tester plusieurs scénarios.
L’objectif est simple : vous permettre de savoir combien votre projet peut générer, combien vous devez investir, à partir de quel niveau d’activité vous devenez rentable et si votre trésorerie sera suffisante pour tenir dans le temps.
Vous pouvez faire appel à moi pour un besoin ponctuel, comme la correction d’un prévisionnel, ou pour un accompagnement complet, de la structuration du projet jusqu’à la finalisation du dossier.
