About Sidney
I am a recent graduate from UTEP and I am certified to teach English Language Arts to grades 7-12. I have interned at Chapin high school and completed observation hours at Andress high school. I have experience in tutoring students for the STAAR essay with great results.

As mentioned before, I am a high school English teacher and I want to encourage my students to read and write more. Practice makes perfect so there will be ample opportunities to work on weaknesses in new and different ways. Learning is a two-way street and I expect students to be able to communicate with me when things are not working so it can be revised to their needs.
