I have a flexible approach to teaching and prefer to construct my plan based on the individual. I am highly organized and can come into a tutoring session with a detailed lesson plan, a dynamic lesson plan that follows the work already being taught elsewhere or I can approach tutoring using alternative learning tools that suit the situation best.
