About Dylan

It is my belief that many students underestimate their skills and the importance of their knowledge, especially when it comes to maths and science, which is why I strive to help rangatahi improve upon their skills and deepen their understanding of the knowledge they need to succeed in their studies. As a recent graduate in teaching, I am also looking to build upon and expand my skills in teaching to become the best teacher I can be.

About the lesson

Kia Ora, I'm Dylan. I am a tutor for the following High School subjects/levels: General Science & Maths - Years 9-11 Physics & Calculus - Years 12 & 13 Statistics - Year 12. I could also do Year 12 Chemistry or Year 13 Statistics upon request; however, I will need a little extra time to prepare for these subjects. About Me: I graduated from UC with a BSc in Astronomy in 2022 and earlier this year graduated with a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Secondary). The lessons can be from 30 minutes to 2-hour lessons depending on the availability of both parties. The first lesson will focus on identifying and discussing strengths and weaknesses in the chosen subject, with subsequent lessons focusing on improving any areas of weakness.
