About Lucy
Have tutored Maths before, for a student that was really struggling. We started with basics then moved on to apply these techniques to increasingly more complex question. The main goal was to improve confidence in reading and understanding what exam questions were testing.

For maths tuition i find it best to go over past exam questions, finding issues that arise to work out where knowledge is laking or needs improving. Then from there we can focus on making sure that area is fully understood so that similar questions, and those using the same theory become a breeze.
For Biology and Chemistry I find it best to recap what has been covered in school, add detail, or explain in a new way areas where questions remain. From there we can go on to applying what has been learnt to relevant exercises and exam questions.
