About Richard
I am a recent graduate of the University of South Florida under the College of Education. I completed multiple venues of experience through both observation and pre-service education as a full-time student-intern within an 8th Grade English setting.
During my time as an intern, I demonstrated my ability to inform, educate, delineate and instruct both within the content area as well as exploring the social and political climate as it relates to the content.
I demanded a lot of writing as well as self-inquiry and goal setting as they moved forward through their own individual learning experiences.

I rely on student-centered pedagogical practices which utilize the students needs as a major approach to student learning. I depend on a multitude of resources which have allowed me to further exercise my abilities as a content-area educator within a standard classroom setting. I explore contemporary and modern English texts, as well as utilize multiple technologies within the classroom in order to best benefit every student and their individual needs.

Details
As this is my first experience with a program such as this, the amount I am willing to be paid depends solely on the amount time that I will put into the program. I expect that my rates will go higher as my experience grows, but I am confident that I am expected to earn between $15-20.
