About Kimberley
I studied contemporary performance at the Australian Institute of Music, and majored in vocals. I have been singing since I was 8, and performing and writing songs since high school. Music has been my passion for a long time, and there's nothing I want more than to share that with others. Through harnessing a better understanding of technique and storytelling, I want to allow people to express themselves through performance.
Over the past few years, I have undertaken private teaching jobs and taught a range of students. I have also performed at gigs across Sydney and collaborated with other Sydney musicians. I also partake in live streaming and run my own business.

My lessons are catered to each student's needs, focusing on achieving their goals and their reasons for pursuing music. I want students to find lessons relevant and challenging, whilst maintaining their passion.
Typically, lessons will run 30-60 minutes and will feature an equal amount of theory/scale work and performing. Students will select songs to work on, and through performing these every week, I will provide feedback and tips on how to improve their technique. Relevant scales will be assigned to them as homework, and progress will be monitored as their lessons continue.
While most of my experience has been with young kids/teenagers, I am flexible in my work approach and happy to cater to all ages, disabilities, and learning requirements.
