About Natasha
I am a recent Master of Public Health (MPH) graduate in Vancouver, British Columbia with a great affinity for learning and teaching.
During my entire graduate degree, I worked as a Teaching Assistant. In this role, I ran tutorials of up to 25 students for both graduate and undergraduate level courses. I worked regularly one-on-one with many of my students to help them communicate their ideas more effectively, grasp challenging concepts, retain learning from the classroom and prepare for exams.
Over the past 9 years, I have also worked as a Private Tutor, assisting students of a wide range of ages and abilities with coursework, writing and exam presentation in a variety of subjects.
During high school and undergrad, I also worked as a Swim Instructor, both privately and at a local recreation centre. Working in this role, I learned to communicate effectively and make learning and skill development fun for individuals of all ages and abilities.

I spend a lot of my time reading, writing and problem-solving, and love helping others be the best learners they can be. I feel fortunate to have had many excellent teachers and mentor during my many years as a student. I view it as a privilege now to have the opportunity to support other students in their learning and self-discovery.
I work to support and empower students to achieve their learning goals. I endeavour to tailor my lessons to suit the abilities, interests and learning styles of each student wherever possible.
