About Sushant
I have previously taught students from grade 2 to grade 10 a variety of subjects including Sciences, mathematics, and social studies.
During my college, I have tutored fellow college students in mathematics and computer science.
I have also instructed mathematics students as a teaching assistant.
I am 23 years old and I was granted those opportunities such early in life because of what the talents, kindness, and love that my employers saw in me.

- My approach to teaching are to instill the core principles and fundamentals in students.
- I believe anyone can solve problems on their own given the right foundational knowledge and some practice.
- I like to assess the strengths and weaknesses of students before creating my lesson plan. I believe there is no clear cut universally superior teaching technique. You have to improvise as you go according to the circumstances that unfold.
- I have been told by my previous students that my strengths as a tutor lie in the passion to deliver and contribute to the well-being of others. I am compassionate and kind. Nevertheless, I take my studies seriously and go for utmost understanding of subject matter; I try to instill the same in my students.
- I am comfortable teaching students from grade 5 to college level.
