About John
I am a professional who is punctual and prepared for each and every tutoring session. I have spent hundreds of hours tutoring various students, and have built a strong understanding of how different students learn best.
My academic performance progressing through two difficult majors demonstrates my hard work ethic and drive to succeed. I recently graduated from Auburn University in 2025, and am ready to hop into teaching full time. I began tutoring as a freshman in college, primarily focusing on accounting and economics. I tutored through three different programs on-campus, while tutoring privately on the side. By the time I graduated, I had tutored over 200 students over ten different courses.

I typically tutor college level students, but have the knowledge base to tutor high school students and postgraduate students as well. I have an extremely strong understanding of everything accounting and finance. I have tutored these courses for years as an undergraduate student myself.
My approach is heavy on using examples and practice problems to reinforce understanding. I serve as a guide to identify knowledge gaps and apply different methods to best fill in those gaps based off each student's unique learning style.
