Experience of facilitating learning with children in Nepal on a goverment funded placement. Worked with small groups of 2 or 3 and classes of 30+. Covered a range of topics from Climate Change to Sustainable Development.

Experience of being a teaching assistant in an Enquiring Minds class. Working with small table based groups to facilitate understanding.

My approach involves learning facilitation. A skill that I picked up while working with children and young adults in Nepal. This means I create a framework of support to encourage and nurture pupils to reach their full potential. Lessons are tailored to individual pupils.
