I have been privately assisting my peers with essays since high school. Continuing this through college I was apart of the of the tutoring programs at UCSC where I would help both native speakers and ESL students with their writing.

I try to approach each teaching session as individually as possible to give the student the best advice and guidance that I can offer. Preferably before meeting with a student(s) I want to familiarize myself with material that they wish to review. And then during the session I go through issues and offer adjustments in their writing in a step-by-step process.
