About Aaron
I am a 22 year-old university graduate who loves the outdoors, music, and a niche activity called colorguard! I've been a science nerd all my life and have gained a diverse basis of knowledge in neuroscience, chemistry, machine learning, philosophy, and linguistics. I finished my bachelor's degree with a 3.88 GPA and honors certification, and am looking to advance to graduate school in the near future. I have experience teaching elementary school, middle school, and high school levels. I pride myself on continually educating myself, reading books and current scientific literature actively. I am passionate about the natural sciences, have been for years, and I want to share that passion with students! I believe that a deep understanding of any subject starts with an appreciation for its details and real-world application. Any given lesson would be focused on the student's individual needs and growth areas. Time may be spent in conversation-form explanation, exploration of applicable practice questions, and other methods deemed helpful. I am an advocate for active involvement in learning, especially through conversation-form interaction and creative methods applied to rigid knowledge.
