About Mark

I possess the following coaching qualifications: - UEFA B Football Coaching Licence - Master in Football Coaching & Management (Real Madrid Postgraduate School) - Master in Coaching (The Johan Cruyff Institute) I also possess the following business qualifications: - ACA Chartered Accountant - MSc Finance and Investment - BSc Economics I worked for a big-four accounting firm for six years and now work in the finance department of a company which is a household name, all whilst operating my business (Chapman Coaching and Consulting) and coaching football with a Premier League football club's foundation. I have the experience in business and coaching to help you achieve your goals.

About the lesson

Please refer to (concealed information) for more information about my coaching and consulting business. Influenced by Cruyffian coaching philosophy and elite sports, at Chapman Coaching and Consulting I offer individual coaching sessions aimed at helping you to achieve your goals, whatever they may be. I do not believe in advising my coaching clients, otherwise you would become a copy of the coach which would eliminate your own creative thinking. Rather, I guide the process that empowers you to map your own path towards your goals. This is far more rewarding than just being told what to do and results in long-term behavioural change. Coaching sessions range from 30-60 minutes, depending on what YOU prefer. We will start by defining your objective(s) and your expectations of me as your coach; this agreement will perform the platform for coaching. I am an expert at building trust with my clients and a safe environment; this is vital to facilitate impactful coaching conversations where you are able to speak your mind, free from judgement.
