About Hildah
My experience include tutoring Mathematics to Grade 10 learners, which I did during my University years. I also worked on various projects at Deloitte, where I gained a lot of experience on Skills Development. It is at Deloitte where I developed an extensive coaching and mentoring background. I have worked on various projects including the BankSeta; Fasset and BA learnerships. I am adaptable; highly effective communicator; have great listening and rapport building skills. I am an enthusiastic person who enjoys challenge and innovation. Working on all the projects have helped me a lot to work on my interpersonal and intrapersonal skills which have strengthened over time. I also recognize the importance of trust, and successfully established relationships with students that resulted in a safe and comfortable, yet challenging, learning environment.
