About Solomon
I am a Ph.D. scientist with more than 10 years of experience working in medicinal chemistry, organic chemistry, and pharmaceutical sciences. I have a bachelor's degree in chemistry and biochemistry, and a master's and Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry with a 3.89 GPA. I have 4 publications in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, peptide chemistry, and cancer biochemistry. I have noticed that I gained the most from professors who brought chemistry to life and went above and beyond to help whoever needed help to advance their understanding. I bring the same approach to my teaching as a tutor. Bringing chemistry concepts to life has been a hallmark of my experience working with students. Over the last 10 years, I have tutored high school, college, and pharmacy school students on a one-on-one basis for more than 1000 hours! I have also taught in a classroom setting in graduate school.
