My journey began at 405 pounds, feeling stuck and weighed down both physically and mentally. Over time, I lost 200 pounds and gained something far more valuable—control over my life and health.

Through dedication, I learned the importance of building healthy habits, fostering resilience, and maintaining a positive mindset.
