About Julie
ME? I'm curious, detail-oriented, kind, and a natural teacher. I love sharing my knowledge, learnings, and reviews with others. I have taught University level Psychology courses and also Yoga and Pilates classes. Oh, and my family says I always tell them what to do. lol.

* I help people with their leadership skills.
I'm qualified to do the above with official trainings and certifications in fitness (YTT and Stott Mat Pilates), a Ph.D. in Personality Psychology, and 18 years of work experience.
