About David and Rebecca
Ihave 17 years as a teacher of special education and school counselor. My teaching partner taught all subjects from grades 1-5 with fantastic results. My partner is my wife, Becky. She taught for 25 years. We look at this as a joint project. Two for the price of one!

My teaching method is audio, visual, and kinesthetic methoads to include all three types of learning. I base my classes on guided reading, whole group learning, and written responses. I use technology as an aid to incorporate learning. Students strengths are in uses of computer and iPhones as opposed to outdated pen and paper as well as print mediums. Teaching phonology through the use of various other programs provides the foundation of enabling students to read fluently.
