About Maria
For the past 16 years, I have been a certified English Language Arts, Special Education, Dyslexia, and English as a Second Language educator. My experience ranges from all ages and abilities. Whether you are struggling with basic reading skills or need assistance with learning the English language, my lessons are specially designed for each learner.

These lessons are multisensory, structured, and hands-on with visuals and auditory aids. In one session, learners will build off of basic reading, writing, and English skills while working toward more challenging concepts.
As a teacher of 16 years, I have experience with both children and adults of all abilities. My lessons are designed for struggling readers, writers, or English Language Learners.
