Former Reading Initiative Educator with Maryland Public Schools with an MEd in Reading from Trinity Washington University. Wrote a 60-Page Thesis, “Improvement of the Literacy Lives of Adolescents” focusing on the concept of true Reading Engagement and Student Self-Motivation. For the last five years, I have worked with students in multiple elementary grades as A Substitute Teacher and been successful at modeling/guiding them through assignments in English and Reading.
