Jayasree is an excellent yoga instructor. She spends time to understand you and your body limitations and paces the yoga that suits your needs. She works slowly on improving the things you can't do so that you get ease doing other yoga poses as well. She has a good knowledge of physical and mental health, that she also shares as with you go along. I have been doing yoga with her almost two years now (twice a week) and greatly improved on several postures that I couldn't do in the beginning. I have been taking classes with Jayasree for past one and half years . She makes the classes personalized based on your needs . She also observes the pose we are in carefully and immediately corrects is the foot placement is not right or the angle is not right . She keeps making sure we have total body in a sequence of classes . She is very accommodating with our busy schedules . Appreciate her skill and teaching style !

Jayashree understand her students very well and customizes yoga for each student. Classic Hatha Yoga is a vast thing and if you want to learn and practice it completely, it takes several hours every day. Jayashree understands everybody can only spend limited time every day, and she focuses on each and every student to improve with in the given time, in every possible aspect. Also, as she has several years of experience as a nurse, she understands modern medicine as well as ancient yogic sciences. We and several of our friends are blessed to have her as our guru.
