About Victoria
I have over 25 years of hands-on bookkeeping and accounting experience, including deep expertise in QuickBooks Online. I am a QuickBooks Online Level 2 & Payroll ProAdvisor, and Intuit Certified Bookkeeper with a background that includes tax preparation, cleanup work, payroll coordination, and ongoing financial support for small businesses.
Over the years, I've worked with a wide range of business types and bookkeeping situations, including files that have been neglected, misconfigured, or affected by months (or years) of compounding errors. My approach is practical, experience-based, and grounded in real-world problem solving rather than theory.

I help small business owners make sense of messy or confusing QuickBooks files by working with you, not talking over you or taking control behind the scenes.
My work is diagnostic and educational. That means we don’t just identify what’s wrong — I explain why it’s happening and walk you through fixing real examples so you can confidently continue on your own.
Some issues are simple and focused. Others are layered and interconnected, especially when problems have been compounding over time. Because of that, sessions typically run 45–75 minutes, depending on complexity.
These sessions are designed to provide clarity, understanding, and a clear path forward. They are not ongoing bookkeeping or monthly services.
