About Natasha
Engaging with students has consistently been my passion. Throughout my teaching career, I have had the opportunity to develop new knowledge and skills, enhance my self-confidence, and, most importantly, find happiness. As an educator with experience in English Language Learning (ELL), I adopt a dynamic approach to teaching, enabling me to nurture students' abilities and contribute to their ongoing success. I've worked with a diverse range of students, from those in Elementary School Special Education to High School ELL. I adopt a student-centered approach, shifting the focus from teacher to student. This method actively involves students in decision-making about their learning, empowering them to take ownership through active participation, choice, and collaboration. This fosters skills such as independence, critical thinking, and problem-solving. My role is to facilitate, guide, and support students rather than merely transmit information.
Typical Lesson Plan:
My lesson plans are structured with a clear beginning, middle, and end, including an introduction, core instruction and practice, and a conclusion for review and assessment. They address standards, differentiation, and necessary resources.

What distinguishes me from other tutors is my combination of expertise, communication style, and personalized approach.
