I am an online student at Queen's studying Life Sciences and Psychology. I have tutored privately for the past two years, and was hired as a tutor at University of Toronto Schools last spring. I have always been passionate about biology and decided to pursue it further in university.

I would be confident teaching biology to high school or first year undergraduate students. Every teacher expects different things from their students, so I approach each student with flexibility and no strict lesson plan. I like for students to identify their areas of weakness and to set goals together for improvement. The first lesson is typically assessment, but following that, I let the student lead what they want to focus on, whether it's exam prep or homework help.
