About Andrew
My career has always centred around helping people grow — academically, emotionally and personally. I’m a qualified Level 4 Wellness and Life Coach with QTS, and I bring together years of teaching, pastoral care and SEND experience to support young people and adults in a calm, grounded and practical way. My background in sport, health and coaching has shaped my belief that the habits we build — mentally, physically and emotionally — influence the direction of our lives, and this philosophy underpins the way I work with every client.
I specialise in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, ASD, anxiety, overwhelm or executive-function challenges. I understand how these profiles affect motivation, organisation, emotional regulation, communication and self-belief, and I help clients strengthen these areas through structured, compassionate and realistic coaching. My approach is never about forcing change — it’s about helping people understand themselves better, recognise their strengths and build routines and mindsets that genuinely work for them.
Across my career in mainstream schools, SEN settings and pupil referral units, I’ve learned that people thrive when they feel understood, safe and supported. That’s why my coaching style is calm, reflective and non-judgemental. I meet clients exactly where they are, helping them gain clarity, build confidence and move forward with purpose, whether they’re navigating life transitions, struggling with motivation, rebuilding identity or simply wanting to feel more in control of their day-to-day life.
Above all, I believe coaching should empower people. I love learning myself, and I aim to inspire clients to grow, explore their potential and develop a stronger, more confident sense of who they are becoming.

My coaching sessions are calm, structured and completely personalised to the individual in front of me. I take time to understand your goals, your challenges and the patterns that shape how you think, feel and act. Whether you’re looking to build confidence, improve wellbeing, develop motivation or make meaningful changes in your life, we work together at a pace that feels safe, realistic and sustainable.
My approach is coaching-informed, which means I don’t simply tell you what to do — I help you understand why you feel stuck, what strengths you already have, and how to move forward with clarity and purpose. Sessions blend reflective questioning, practical strategies, mindset work and gentle accountability, creating a space where you can think clearly and explore ideas without judgement or pressure.
I specialise in supporting neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, ASD, anxiety, overwhelm or executive-function challenges. Many people with these profiles benefit from improving areas such as emotional regulation, planning, organisation, self-awareness, communication, motivation and energy management. My background as a SENDCO and teacher means I understand these needs deeply, and I adapt my coaching style to suit each person’s processing style, pace and preferred way of working.
For some clients, coaching is about direction and decision-making. For others, it’s about rebuilding confidence, identity and self-belief. And for many, it’s about developing the habits and routines that support a healthier, more grounded life.
Above all, my sessions are supportive, honest and empowering. My goal is to help you understand yourself better, feel more in control of your choices and move forward with confidence in who you are becoming.

Andrew has tutored our daughter who is home educated and on the spectrum for over a year. Due to her autism she finds social interaction difficult. Andrew has truly gained her trust and helped her to thrive and grow. An excellent teacher and very pleasant individual who feels like part of the family.
If you are looking for a professional, reliable role model and teacher who makes everything fun and interesting then Andrew will not disappoint. Could not recommend enough.
Jason and Claire PerryAndrew came into our lives at a very stressful time for our family. He’s been tutoring my son for over a year and has become a trusted adult and safe space for my child. He is patient and kind and brings humour to help ease any tension. He uses his knowledge of many years teaching to bring out the best in my child both academically and emotionally, he knows when to push him and when to pull back, he is very intuitive to his students needs. Andrew is more than a tutor, he brings wonderful pastoral care and we have been very lucky to be able to work with him.
